Imaginative and Creative Learning
We watched Mana's Great Fish. We made connections to Maui and ourselves.
Then we decided to build our own waka, make our own hooks and catch big fish!
We talked about our disappointment that the waka were not sturdy. Our ideas for next time were:
- use strong glue
- use duct tape
- make it out of wood
We show curiousity when approaching new tasks and challenges.

Make a ‘Do not touch it’ sign. Awesome thinking!

Zypris's Beach Video
Nathaniel's Beach Picture
We are learning to draw pictures using the Kid Pix software on the computer. Here is Nathaniel's picture of the beach.
I was playing with the truck in the water. I went in the sand and I was at the beach and we had lunch. I felt good.
